Why the White iPhone 4 was Delayed, Steve Jobs and Phil Schiller Shared Comments

White iPhone 4 had took a very Long time till it's release. And it was first announced at 2010, until now We were hearing only Rumors about the release of White iPhone 4, But finally Apple has today Officially anounced that they will release the White iPhone 4 Tomorrow. There are still lots of People thinking why the White iPhone 4 was delayed, yes it's true that it was also due to some factors like Camera Lens Problems, White Paint Issue and the Light Leaking of Front Panel that caused delays in it's release. But Steve Jobs and Phil Schiller has also shared their Comments on why it took so long.

Steve Jobs was recently Interviewed regarding location tracking issues, While in that Interview All Things Digital turns the spotlight to the white iPhone 4 and Steve Jobs and Phil Schiller were asked to Share their Comments about the factors thatdelayed the White iPhone 4.

"It was challenging," Apple senior vice president Phil Schiller said during a joint interview with CEO Steve Jobs on Wednesday. "It's not as simple as making something white. There's a lot more that goes into both the material science of it - how it holds up over time... but also in how it all works with the sensors."

“We thought we were there a year ago, or less than that, when we launched the iPhone 4, and we weren’t,” Schiller said. By waiting, he said that the company was able to deliver a product that will live up to expectations.

Jobs reported that the company's experience with the white iPhone 4 has benefited the company in a number of ways, most obviously bringing some of the lessons learned during the development process to other product lines such as the iPad, where the second-generation device shipped in both black and white from day one. At the End of the Interview on Location Based data and various issues,  Jobs added, “We obviously think about this in a generic way because you have a white iPad,”

White iPhone 4 to release in Couple of Weeks [Report]

Bloomberg has reported that, the new White Version of iPhone 4 is now a few weeks away from it's release. And it will be available on both Verizon Wireless and AT&T. It's been a long time when we heard about the White iPhone 4, It's been 10 months that iPhone 4 is released, but till now there's no sign of White iPhone 4. So now it's been Confirmed that the White Version of iPhone 4 will release at the end of April.

The new version will be available from AT&T Inc. and Verizon Wireless by the end of April, said one of the people, who asked not to be identified because the plans aren't public. The release was stalled as Apple resolved manufacturing challenges, including paint that peeled under heat, one person said.

It was once also been confirmed by the Apple's Phil Schiller, that White iPhone 4 will release in Spring, but it has been delayed due to Production issues.

Apple Inc. will begin selling a white model of the iPhone 4 in the next few weeks after a 10- month delay, according to three people familiar with the plans.

The new version will be available from AT&T Inc. and Verizon Wireless by the end of April, said one of the people, who asked not to be identified because the plans aren’t public.

It's also been rumored that iPhone 5 white version will also be considered by Apple, and both Black and White version will be released in Summer 2011.

It will be released with fix for Signal Bar Issue on iOS 4.3.1 in just few days.
