Apple Sues Samsung For being CopyCats

It has been reported by WallStreet Journal that, Apple has filed a case against Samsung for Copying the designs of their Products like iPhone and tablets like iPad. Some Devices of Samsung like "Galaxy S 4G," "Epic 4G," "Nexus S" and its "Galaxy Tab" touchscreen tablet has been copied as Claimed by Apple. According to WSJ they just "violated Apple's intellectual property".

This Lawsuit was filed by Apple on April 15th in the Northern District of California. According to the Lawsuit:

"Rather than innovate and develop its own technology and a unique Samsung style for its smart phone products and computer tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple's technology, user interface and innovative style in these infringing products,"

So this means that Samsung not just Designs of Apple Products they also Copy the Style, User Interface too.

Samsung is very helpful for Apple ion a sense that they provide Microchips and other products which are used in Apple Products. But with this case filed by Apple, The relationship between these two companies could become complicated.

This is not just Apple, There was also News about Microsoft that has has filed suit against Motorola claiming nine cases of patent infringement (and got HTC to license its patents, likely to avoid a legal dispute).

And here it is the Prices of Galaxy Tab 8.9 and 10.1 are very Reasonable.

As when we compared Galaxy Tab 8.9and 10.1 with iPad 2 we got some really interesting results, i.e Galaxy Tab is even more thinner than iPad 2 and moreover it's weighs less too. But when we talk about it's specs, it really gives tough time to iPad 2 and iPad 1. You'll definitely like this new Tablet when you it's specs and it's price Range.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 and 10.1 are now Official - Thinner, Dual Core Power, TouchWiz 4.0

Samsung has now finally revealed their two new Galaxy Tablets i.e Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 and 10.1. Both of them are the World Most Thinnest Tablets having 1Ghz Dual Core  Processor. And both of them feature the new OS for Tablets i.e Android 3.0 HoneyComb which give these tablets lots of features. These tablets are 8.6mm Thick that makes it incredibly thinner. As we know Samsung already revealed the Galaxy Tab 10.1 with it's complete specs at MWC but after the release of iPad 2 they Revamped/OverHaul the 10.1 Tablet and now finally released it.

These tablets will hit Markets on June 8th 2011. 

Pricing:

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 wifi 16GB version will cost you $499 and the 32GB for $599. And the Galaxy Tab 8.9 will be $469 and $569 for 16GB and 32GB.
