New Nintendo Wii 2 coming soon [Report]

It's been a long that that we haven't heard from Nintendo about any new model of Wii coming. But now there are many reports coming out through which it gives a little confirmation that the new Wii 2 in HD will be releasing soon, Maybe this Summer. Wii was one of the best Gaming Console before the Microsoft's Kinect was released, As the Microsoft released their new Xbox Kinect, Wii lost it's first place.

Game Informer has got confirmation from some of it's sources that Nintendo is to reveal might reveal their new HD version of Wii Console in E3 conference in Los Angeles in June or might be sooner.

We have confirmed with multiple sources that this new home system is capable of running games at HD resolutions. There are conflicting reports, however, as to whether its graphics will be comparable to those on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 – meaning it could surpass or fall short of those systems. Either way it will offer competitive specifications. Moving to HD should greatly help Nintendo and its new console in getting more multi-platform triple-A titles like Portal 2 or Mortal Kombat. This, in turn, will strengthen Nintendo's historically poor relationship with third-party publishers/developers.
The name of the new console is still not confirmed whether it would be the new Wii 2, Wii 360 or Wii HD? But still it would be more Powerful than Xbox 360 or Playstaion 3. According to a report from Kotako:
Nintendo has apparently been showing off the system to third-party developers so they can prepare titles for the console’s eventual launch in late 2012.
Nintendo still wants to be the best again, As they are said to drop the prices of Wii console in competition with Xbox and Playstation. So it's just a matter of time, No one knows what Nintendo will bring up in the coming months, But whatever it is it will definitely excite the Gamers Comunity.
We've heard about an HD Wii for some time now, and the time is perfect – almost necessary – for Nintendo to jump start itself with this new system. The company has been feeling the bite since Wii sales have declined from previous years, and this week's news that Nintendo could be dropping the price of the Wii on May 15 could be a precursor to this announcement and an attempt to move as many Wii units as possible out of the retail channel before the new system hits.

Playstation 3 Firmware v3.60 Has been Jailbroken [Video]

Hackers has finally Jailbroken the Playstation 3 latest firmware 3.60. This was reported by PS-X Scene.Hacker have now got into PS3 v3.6o successfully. But there's a big problem, It is that Geohot is in trouble with Sony, and this exploit can't be released without him. So it there's no chance for the releasing of this Jailbreak to public anytime soon.

“[03:15] while you are insulting me like morons, I already have code running on 3.60, and I am laughing, and guess what ? I am happy I stopped sharing, you can hate me for it, I don’t care.”

On IRC, Mathieulh also posted a video of his own but then privatized it currently rendering it unavailable:

Mathieulh: actually you want video proof, let’s share one for the lol
Mathieulh: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nknwBz-2v8c

Shortly following, another PS3 3.60 JailBreak video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZfES89eZwM) was posted followed by the user removing it and reposting it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qohuq0Vvm6M) with another account.

From IRC on the alleged PS3 3.60 JailBreak video:

mastag23: just fyi: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZfES89eZwM&feature=player_embedded
mastag23: that is fake
mastag23: it would look legit if he hadn’t of ran the debugging station launcher
mastag23: You fail “Connected from 192.168.0.2 on port 1000″ (port might be wrong pretty blurry.
mastag23: This is a debug unit. That can’t be done on a retail unit. Run the Debugging Station Launcher on a retail and the debug tools won’t connect to it, yours obviously does
mastag23: debugging station launcher cant be connected to on retail
mastag23: if he hadnt of posted debugging station launcher
mastag23: he would be believable
You can see the Jailbroken PS3 v3.60 Video below:

We'll update you, if we got the news about the Jailbreak release, So stay tuned!

Plastation 3 Firmware v3.60 Released - Not safe for Jailbreak users

Sony has just released the Firmware v3.60 for Playstation 3. It have added some new  features to PS3 including the Online Storage feature, This is available for Playstation Plus member so that they can save their Save Games Online. Sony usually updated to FW v3.60 to make it more secure and no one can jailbreak it. So it's recommended to all those PS3 users who rely on Jailbreak, do not update until a safe jailbreak has been released for it.

Press Release By Sony:
In response to overwhelming demand from the PS3 community, we are pleased to announce that Online Storage for Game Saves will be available to PlayStation Plus members from tomorrow, 10 March, allowing you to store your game saves for peace of mind and easy access from any PlayStation 3 system in the world.

After downloading PS3 System Software Update 3.60, Plus members will have access to 150MB of space and will be able to store up to 1000 PS3 game saves.

To do so, simply highlight the game save you want to store in the [Saved Data Utility (PS3)], press the triangle button to bring up the options, select “copy” and then select “Online Storage” as the destination. In turn, you can access your Online Storage list via [Saved Data Utility (PS3)] when signed into PlayStation Network on a friend’s PS3 and download your stored game saves to carry on your game from where you left off.

If the developer has chosen to implement copy protection on their game saves, you can still copy those files to Online Storage but there will be a 24 hour period, after each save, before you can then download them on any PS3.

If your PlayStation Plus subscription expires then you will no longer be able to access Online Storage until you renew your subscription. However, any game saves stored will be kept for six months and you will be able to access them as before when you renew the subscription, as long as you do so within that six month period.

Hopefully that tells you everything you need to know about this new, much requested service. If you do need any more information, the official PlayStation forums have posted a guide, and ask us in the comments as always.

Top 50 Gaming Characters of all Time, Mario on Top: Guiness World Record

The Guinness Book of World Records : Gamer’s Edition includes the Top 50 Video Game Characters of all time. No doubt Mario is on Top of the list. This list was settled by vote from readers and fans through the Guinness web site. Over 13,000 votes were counted for this poll, so that makes the results pretty strong.

Many Characters in the list definitely deserved to be in top 50, On the other hand The only real issue I take with the list is, perhaps, the perception of the term “character” and how fans voted them in. Master Chief, to me, is not the third best gaming character of all time. Does he deserve a spot on this list? Maybe he does, but it would definitely be closer to 50 than 1.
Where does your favorite character stand? How about the rest of the list, does it do the genre justice?

So you can maintain your Jailbreak on FW 3.55 and also access the PSN.

The method use to access PSN (PlayStation Network) is known as “DNS Method” and soon Sony will patch this Method but for now you can enjoy this method on your jailbroken PS3 Firmware 3.55.

Step by Step Guide:

Step 1: On your PlayStation 3, go to Settings > Network Settings.

Step 2: Select Internet Connection Settings and press OK.

Step 3: Choose Custom option. Then pick your connection method (wireless or wired) and follow onscreen instructions.

Step 4: Once you reach DNS setting, select Manual and enter the following:
Primary: 67.202.81.137
Secondary: 67.202.81.137
Step 5: Proceed further and save settings at the end

Step 6: Now test your connection. it may take time to sign in so be patient. You’ll see Succeeded in front of PlayStation Network during the test. Thats it! Sign-in and access all the PSN functions as well as play your favorite games online.

(*NOTE: It is advised to stay off PSN if you are running a jailbroken firmware 3.55 since Sony can easily detect it and ban you from PSN if they want!)
